These terms govern your use of the Developer X website and the information published on it. Project work is covered by a separate proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement.
You may browse the site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or misuse forms (including submitting others’ personal data without permission).
Articles, guides, documentation, and examples are for general information. They are not a substitute for a scoped engagement. Architecture and pricing for your product are agreed in writing after discovery.
The Developer X name, site design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. Client work and third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
Submitting a form does not create a contract. We may decline work that is a poor fit. Any fees, timelines, and deliverables are those stated in an executed agreement.
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Developer X is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise.
